Customer requirements: As the testing equipment is used in the oil pipeline, the environment is complex, so the influence of various factors on magnetic properties must be comprehensively analyzed to meet the equipment's high requirements on magnetic field. The magnetic components purchased before have weak magnetic and unreasonable design.
Our solutions:
Through three-dimensional magnetic analysis, the engineering team simulated different magnets and adjusted the corresponding magnetic parameters to match the requirements of the customer's magnetic field. Since the customer's equipment drawings basically cannot be changed, we recommend the customer to use materials with higher permeability to replace the original material, so as to further optimize the magnetic field. Semi automatic assembly fixture designed by our company can achieve 18 inch, 20 inch outside diameter of high intensity magnetic assembly.
